Lunacy 0.51

Changes:

• Added basic music
• Death sound
• UI pop-ups (controls, need to get key, etc)
• Changed scene switching to use one character
• Fixed key/bat pickup and use

Known Issues:

• Character doesn't respawn properly
• Respawn message stays on screen
